No. Our first conversation doesn’t require a credit pull. When it’s time to check credit, I’ll tell you before it happens.

Is there a cost to work with a broker?

Broker compensation is disclosed up front on your Loan Estimate, so you can compare the full cost of each option side by side.

What should I have ready?

Recent pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, and a photo ID. If you’re self-employed, we’ll talk about which documents fit your situation.

Where are you licensed?
